Where we celebrate the cuisines from around the globe by providing Hands-On Cooking Classes that feature traditional and gourmet international dishes, as well as a line of worldly inspired Gourmet Specialty Sauces that we develop and manufacture in Western New York .

At A Taste of the World, we offer our class participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in the traditions and folklore of different cultures. Not only do they discover the secrets Cooking Classes in Buffalo, New York of great food preparation, they also get to work in the fun filled atmosphere of our uniquely designed classes.

Following our hands-on cook-ing lessons, participants are cordially invited to sit down at the table with chef/owners Laura Anhalt & Beverly Barry and feast on the exquisitely prepared meals.

At A Taste of the World we are proud to support the mis-sion and work of Meals on Wheels for WNY; and there-fore, we are excited to announce that we have entered into a collaboration which will allow us to use their state-of-the-art Community Learning Center and adjacent kitchen -within their beautiful building- when hosting groups larger than 10, or for facilitating our very popular hands-on cooking workshops designed for corporate team building events. As a highlight, this collaboration provides us with the opportunity of donating portions of our class proceeds to Meals on Wheels for WNY in their ongoing effort to keep providing our elderly and disabled neighbors with nutritious meals, and all of their additional and crucial programs. Keeping true to our business mission and personal passion, we continue to successfully conceptualize, develop and expand our very own line of delectable gourmet, artisan-made products. Joining our collection of gourmet specialty sauces and products - Chimichurri Sauce, Governor's Sauce and Mexican Chocolate Truffle Sauce is SaltArt - a deliciously exotic blend of flavor infused (and colorful!) fine finishing salts from around the world.

Our Argentinean Chimichurri Sauce and Canadian Governor's Sauce are now available in multiple gourmet and specialty retail stores throughout WNY. Our Mexican Chocolate Truffle Sauce is currently available at Dash's Markets and through our website; and for the time being, SaltArt will only be available through our online store.
