Where we celebrate the cuisines from around the globe by providing Hands-On Cooking Classes that feature traditional and gourmet dishes from around the world, as well as a line of internationally inspired Gourmet Specialty Sauces that we develop and manufacture in Western New York .

At A Taste of the World, we offer our students the opportunity to immerse themselves in the traditions and folklore of different cultures. Not only do they discover the secrets Cooking Classes in Buffalo, New York of great food preparation, they also get to work in the fun filled atmosphere of our uniquely designed classes.

Following our hands-on cooking lessons, participants are cordially invited to sit down at the table with chef/owners Laura Anhalt & Beverly Barry and feast on the exquisitely prepared meals.

*Due to an overwhelming response to our hands-on cooking classes, we are no longer scheduling open-to-the-public classes. We currently only book parties or pre-arranged groups of (ideally) 8 to 10 people, but we are also able to schedule smaller groups or private classes for 1 or 2 people. However, please be advised that we might need to schedule your class weeks or months in advance, as we are booked solid.

Keeping true to our business mission and personal passion, we continue to successfully manufacture and expand our very own line of delectable gourmet, artisan-made sauces. We are happy to announce that we successfully introduced our 3rd sauce: Mexican Chocolate Truffle Sauce at the Buffalo Home and Garden Show 2010. It was a hit! As an additonal bonus, we also introduced SaltArt to our collection of specialty food products. SaltArt is a deliciously exotic blend of flavor infused (and colorful!) fine finishing salts from around the world. We are proud to be PRIDE OF NY!

Our Argentinean Chimichurri Sauce and Canadian Governor's Sauce are now available in multiple gourmet and specilaty stores throughout WNY. Our newest product, Mexican Chocolate Truffle Sauce, will be in stores shortly. SaltArt will only be available through our online store for the time being. Images will be coming soon!
