  • Wine, other drinks and Hors d’ Ourves

  • Cooking Class

  • Gourmet sit-down or buffet style dinner

How many people can you host in any given class?
In order for us to host the best possible class and dinning experience, our enrollment for the hands-on cooking classes is limited to 10 students (We are sometimes able to stretch it to 12). Culinary Demonstrations can be for as many people as the site can hold.

Do I need to pay when I make my reservation?
It is not necessary. Payment in full is expected on the day of the class/demonstration.

Can I sign up the day of the class?
We strongly suggest you sign up and make a reservation as soon as you see that we are hosting a class that you are interested in. Because our class size is limited to 10 people and our demand is very high, our classes fill up very quickly. You can always give us a call to see if we’ve had any last minute cancellation and can accommodate you.

How do I sign up?

If you live in the Buffalo area or you will be visiting, please refer to our calendar, choose your class date and either call us, e-mail us or register online. You can make a reservation right on the calendar page.

What is the cancellation policy for a Cooking Class?

If you have registered for a class and you need to cancel, please let us know at your earliest convinience.

We usually have waiting lists and as a curtesy to those on it, we like to let them know in advance so they can  plan accordingly.

As of March 26th, 2008 cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee of $20.00 USD. Also no-shows the day of the class are subject to pay for the full amount of the class.
